Holy Card MEME

It never occurred to me that I would ever be considered for sainthood. That being said, I continue with this MEME with a great deal of trepidation. Therese at Aussie Coffee Shop tagged me for this two weeks ago...I'm still a little anxious about taking this step. So I begin. Heaven help me!

Here's the question: What picture would I use for my holy card, should I make it to sainthood, and of what cause(s) would I want to be patroness of?

I think I would like to be known as the Patron Saint of Music Lovers Who Wish They Had the Talent to Play,( not play-at whatever instrument they would like to play). I LOVE music...and like to play, alone. I'm not as gifted as many and therefore, it is a lot of hard work and practice to just play a song on the instrument with mediocrity. St. Cecelia has nothing to worry about in this area.

Tagging for this will be most difficult. I don't know who has been tagged and who has not. If you have already been so sainted please forgive me.

I would tag:

Bia

Suzyq

Marie

Gabrielle

Thanks Be To God!!

  4. I'm impressed! You know how to play the harp? I love to listen to harp music. I am so behind on my memes. I've been tagged for this one also and I'm still thinking about it. I need to get moving!

  5. And I would seek your intercession because I have always wished I could play.

  6. I think this is fun, Cathy, and I've encouraged Gabrielle to have a go. I'm sure you're a better singer/ musician than you think - and if by any chance you're not - sure that'll all change THEN!

  7. You play the harp! How heavenly. That should make a pretty picture indeed.

  8. How nice to play the harp! I cannot play any instruments but I'm a very passionate listener. I'd like to listen you too. Who knows? Maybe some day...

  9. I must tell you all the reason I wold have to be the Patron-of-those-who- wish-to-play is because I do it so poorly. I have taken lessons and the dear lady who gave the lessons is music therapist at St. Mary's Medical Center here. And her harp is "angelic." The most beautiful part of my harp is the way is was put together by my husband and son-in-law and strung by Cyndi! Oh! how I wish angelic music came from it when I played.

  10. Mrs. Cathy, so as long as you played from your heart, I'm sure the music you played was angelic indeed!!
I'd love to hear you play! :-D

  11. Oooh, this is a tricky one
    ;0)
I'll have to post as soon as I get some time to have a good think.
It was my second baby's first day at school today so we've been super busy and more than a little emotional lately (sob) ;0(
    Thanks for the tag!

  12. Wow! I've had such a busy week that I haven't been able do my regular visits, so I didn't even realize I had been tagged!

This is a really interesting MEME...give me a few days to think on this.

    God bless.
