~Bad Haiku Friday~

Today is a little difficult for me because I have not gotten hooked on reality programming.  I tried watching Big Brother and the Bachelor, but to no avail.  I guess you'd say I'm happier not knowing the "real" and choosing to be "unrealistic."  (I'm a fan of NCIS!)

Nonetheless, I 'm going to give it a try.  There was one show I've watch once or twice and found interesting, Undercover Boss.

Undercover Boss
Pretty sneaky how they check
Boss plays peek-a-boo.

Now off with ya to Laura's Catholic Teacher's Musings.  There'll be lots more fun there.  Wishing all a grand weekend!!!

~~~^j^~~~
Thanks be to God!
  4. Here's a few. You can guess how I feel about reality shows!
    so-called "real housewives"
    provide a good argument
    for easy divorce
    Bethany chose to
    entertain us with her lack
    of shame and good taste
    the next top model
    wannabees reinforce those
    old stereotypes
    reality shows
    help to distort perceptions
    of what's really real
  5. Wishing you a happy weekend, too!
    As far as "reality" t.v., I watch all the "Housewives of ..." series, and my husband likes "Ice Road Truckers", "Dog the Bounty Hunter", and we both watch true crime, "First 48", etc. I can't get into that Big Brother stuff, and I think the Batchelor and Batchelorette series are lame ... how do you find lifelong love on a t.v. show that is contrived to begin with?
    Have a great weekend!
