~~HOPE~~

The last two days I have seen something I was afraid I would not see for a long time.  I must preface this by saying I am allergic to the blessed bee.  The good thing is that they seem to be more interest in eating than bothering me.

It has been said that the are on the decline and because of that our crops, flowers and trees will suffer because there are not enough to pollinate.  So that is why I am hopeful.  You see in two different places hundreds of miles apart I saw the bee in action and not just one but lots of bees.

Thanks be to God!

  4. Some of them look like what we call "yellow jackets", or wasps. The average bumble bee won't bother you. They are black and yellow down here, and instead of bothering us, they like to bore into the wood of the deck. They're seen spring and early summer, primarily.

    I haven't been around much ... it's been a busy summer!

  5. Happily I've seen quite a few bees this season! Hopefully their numbers are on the rise again. Love the "Flight of the Bumblebee" song you have playing --that violinist must have been very tired when it was over :)
