I must say that when I thought abo...Thank you all. I must say that when I thought about this feast, I wondered why I had never considered St. John's birth before...Obviously, he didn't just appear. And then to be sent to be the herald of the Messiah as well. It is pretty enthralling. and as gabrielle said I had not considered the fact that our Blessed Mother would have been in attendance.
