Bad Haiku Friday

It seems like weeks since I have done this. I am always challenged to do better or worse as the case may be...Here is today's offering. Please stop by Laura's house at Catholic Teacher Musings and play with her on this Bad Haiku Friday.

Silly Sam the cat
Upon my pillow he sat
Where am I to sleep?

And OH!

My head's all stuffy
My eyes watery and red
DRAT that winter cold!

~~~^j^~~~
Thanks be to God!!!
  3. Oh no, now you have this dreadful cold but I see it hasn't interfered with your wonderful poems and personally I think you have done a very good job with these Haiku's. I am absolutely dreadful at these......:-) Hugs
  5. I laughed out loud at the cat haiku! My son came over to check out what Mom was reading. He was tickled, too!
  7. Alas, I have strayed away from bad haiku. I need to get back. As for yours - not really "bad" at all. And I hope you feel better soon.
  8. Dearest Kathy! Oh, this year, I have been able so far to avoid getting sick!!! For the first 5 years of teaching, I would get laryngitis that would turn into a horrible respiratory infection. I am well now, but sometimes, watching my little charges literary drop like flies.....one day there were 36 students out with the flu!!! How are ya'? Thanks for stopping by. Keep warm! Anita
