The Song Birds of Winter

Add Image
It was snowing when I went to bed last night I knew to what I would awake. But much to my surprise I did not expect to awaken to this and song birds I captured on video.

Much to my chagrin, the movie I had hoped to upload was alas too long so it could not be added. But if you want to see a pretty cool picture of birds visit Mrs. Poogle's World. It will be fun! I have to try again later.

Thanks be to God!!!!!

  1. Enjoy your snow days Cathy, one can be happy no matter what kind of weather they are having. Now I don't mind the snow at all but oh I am so tired of the cold so I light a fire and appreciate the warmth and feeling cosy and safe as I read beside the fireplace...:-) Hugs

  2. Hi Grandmak
Lovely picture. I love those night time shots! A month or so ago I needed a snowy, night time photo and, since I am a pretty poor photographer, I had my ever patient husband HANGING OUT OUR BEDROOM WINDOW at about 1 o'clock in the morning and in the middle of a snowstorm! He got a great picture, which I was delighted to post, but I shudder to think what the neighbours must have thought of us that snowy night/early morning! I really enjoy your blog and look in frequently so thank you and God bless you.

  3. Hi - I've been noticing the birds and squirrels are gearing up with chirp and chatter - almost as though they know Spring will soon arrive! I hope they're right!

  6. A beautiful shot, Cathy! Some of the snowflakes remind me of beautiful angel orbs!
