Just as "Daisy" is not giving up the ghost of summer and fall, I too am having difficulty giving up the memories of this wonderful year! I can only say how grateful I am for the privilege of experiencing the glory of God.
~~~^j^~~~
I'd ask you to join Tamara at Branch of Wisdom offer what you are grateful for in these Days before Thanksgiving. From October 24, 2010 to November 24, 2010 we are asked to share in this journey of Thanksgiving. Please stop by her blog and read more about the specifics. I'm sure there are no time constraints so you are welcome to begin whenever you can.
Visit Mary at The Little Red House and share in the beauty offered there. Lisa at Macro Monday also has much to offer. The pictures are grand.
I would also like to remind you that Wednesday is Adventure Tour Express. Be thinking about the adventure you would like to share on our journey together!
It's always interesting to have a plant that hangs on no matter what the circumstances. I finally had to rescue the poinsettia I had tossed over the banking...it was still alive after all these months on its own. It's very good to remember wonderful times and learning times. Looks as if you have enjoyed both!
ReplyDeleteLove the daisy and a great mosaic. Take care.
ReplyDeleteIt's wonderful that this daisy plant has been alive for so long. Whatever you're doing to care for it, keep on doing!
ReplyDeleteLove your mosaic Cathy, and this song was one of my husband's favorites. I miss him but am thankful for the 27 and a half years we had together.....have a happy Monday.....:-) Hugs
p.s. - I think I'll have to visit your friend. I shared in a similar Thankful meme last year, with Karla Dornacher but I don't think she'll be doing it again this year. It really does fill you with a glorious appreciation, a joy.
