Gulf of Salerno
My goodness how time flies. I have been away for some time now and hope I'll be able to post more often. Being retired I've had little time to sit and play at the computer. I often ask myself how I managed to post daily when I was working.
This photo was taken in November, 2015 on our way to Amalfi, Italy. What a joy that journey was! Perhaps there will be more to come!
I'm here to play and invite you to join Mersad at Through My Lens. Should be fun!

ReplyDeletesuch a beautiful shot!
ReplyDeleteI would call that a breathtaking photo. And a happy memory for you!
ReplyDeleteKnow what you mean about retirement being busy. Seems I have less free time now that I'm retired. But shooting photos and posting them keeps me engaged. You have a beautiful shot of the bay.
ReplyDeleteHi Cathy, I was that way too when I first retired. I decided to just do what I liked. I loved blogging, then fb came along and I left the blogging scene but I will writing. I enjoy writing so here I am again blogging nearly everyday. What a marvelous journey that must have been. Beautiful photo.
ReplyDeleteshould say I missed all the writing.

WOW! If the reset is anything like that, Cathy, they'll be great!...:)JP
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful photo, Cathy! I'd love to see more form your trip to Italy. We'd love to go back for a visit but have to wait until our babysitting obligations are less. My husband retired last year and he said he feels busier than ever.
ReplyDeleteThat is beautiful!!! I was wondering what happened to you....now I know. Retirement/travel....life is blessed.
ReplyDeleteMagnificent shot ~ all the right 'elements' ~
ReplyDeleteHappy week to you ~ ^_^
Such a lovely bay!
ReplyDeletePeople who works there are some of the sweetest people I've met. Save yourself some time and just go there. Everyone at New York venues was sweet and ask how you've been, even though normally staff keep their heads down.
ReplyDeleteAhhhh ... the Amalfi Coast. Be still my beating heart.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! I hope to go to the Amalfi Coast some day...
ReplyDeleteHello, Cathy! Your most recent post is very beautiful and interesting, but when I saw your photos of Italy, I couldn't think of anything else any more.
ReplyDeleteYou must have had a wonderful trip. I really wouldn't mind if you posted more photos, especially of the Amalfi Coast. :)
Thank you for sharing and have a blessed week!
