posted our friday haiku and not long after my mother in law fell and broke her hip. suddenly everything shifted to phone calls and long distant prayers of encouragement. she is 96 - made it through the surgery which in itself is a major hurdle at this age. the saddest is that no one-due to covid- can visit her! she of course is confused by this as she has a large loving family that is always by her side especially in crisis. today i am finally able to sit here in the haiku circle and enjoy the peace of each offering. thank you for your place in my heart and the kindness i feel sharing your rainbow of hope!
