When I was awakened in th middle of the night because I couldn't find my feet, this poem came to mind.
Sam's on the bed
Duchess is on the floor
The breeze is blowing
Cool and fair.
The pitter pat of rain
Can be heard on pane
The cat and the dog
Unconcerned.
Oh, what a wonderful life! Wishing you all a grand day!

Thanks be to God!

At first I worried that some medical condition had caused loss of feeling in your feet so I was delighted to find out that two cute animals caused then to 'disappear'!
ReplyDeleteCathy, do you know of any way to contact Abbey @ Abbey's Road to let her know that no comment box will come up on her site? Maybe she hit some button that caused this to happen when she was redoing her blog page, but I have tried for two days in a row and several times at that.
blessings and hugs,
marcy

Love the Carpenters, too, Bernie. Wow, never thought when I wrote the into, Marcy, that anyone would think it was because I was ill. Have to choose my words more closely from now on! :) Cathy
