Mountain meadows call
Lakes glisten in the sunlight
Blossoms look skyward
Mountain meadows call
Never closer to heaven
Much closer to home
~~~^j^~~~
Thanks be to God!
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful, Cathy.
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful! Mt. Evans is only an hour or so from us--do you live in Colorado?
ReplyDeleteI did until I was 24 and then Providence had other plans. But coming home to the "promised land" every year is a must. We have to come "home." Now we have lived in Indiana for 30 years and do find it the place we live until next years trek...Actually we do love it here in IN, it's just not "home" as CO is. So, to you I say "Enjoy!!" Thank you for your visit and have a grand weekend!
